A few words about Iwo
...in other words, about me
Hello, my name is Iwo and I am a 19-year-old technology enthusiast. I have been involved with computers for years, and it has become my business for some time now. During the day, I study economics at the University of Gdańsk, and in the afternoons, I work on various projects. Currently working on a platform for all science communities from my university. I am very open-minded and curious about the world. Sky is the limit – if I can't handle something on my own, I find help and always ultimately overcome any challenges set before me. I invite you to check me out in this!
Photography
My adventure with photography is short and quite funny. One day, I borrowed an old camera from my mom and went with friends to Gdańsk. Thanks to the support and lessons from others, I quickly started making progress, also publishing photos on Instagram. As a result, I began doing amateur photo shoots, as well as general shots!
Grafika
I have always been interested in graphics and aesthetics, but I always believed that I lacked talent in this area. However, after some time experimenting with the Figma program, I realized that I was mistaken. In this way, I started working as a graphic designer in the school student government, and then the path to earning money from it turned out to be short.
Webdev
Due to the fact that my entire family had experience in creating websites, I also became interested in this field at some point. Through experimenting and making mistakes, I built my experience, until finally I was ready to take on my own commissions. Currently, this is my main, although not my only, source of income.
Azure
Since I attended a flagship Microsoft school, I had a lot of contact with the company's infrastructure. However, it was Azure that interested me the most. Soon after, I led a project related to this technology in high school. After finishing school, I decided to take a course in managing this infrastructure and gained practical experience working on my own projects.
FUN FACT:
I have incredibly bad luck with cloud data services, so 95% of the photos I took over the last two years are currently chilling in the dark abyss of the internet. I am currently initiating preliminary legal proceedings against Microsoft, where I lost everything due to an unknown vulnerability on their part. Additionally, I am struggling with faulty encryption from Nordlocker, which irreversibly encrypted my locker with photos incorrectly. Not to mention the peculiar upload system of Apple Cloud, through which I lost my third and final backup.
For this reason, the number of photos here is significantly limited for an indefinite period (:
