Często zadawane pytania (FAQ)
Whichever is most convenient for you. In any case, except for phone contact, I'll respond in a similar timeframe.
For each project, I require various types of information, but when it comes to a website, I need:
Information on whether there is a UI/UX design for the website
– Functions the website should fulfill (e.g., contact with the company, company calendar/schedule, company representation, promotional function)
– A very preliminary estimate of the number of subpages needed (not mandatory but highly appreciated, as it helps me assess the project's size and quote more quickly)
– Assessment of whether the project is urgent and the timeframe it needs to be completed within (if applicable)
For graphic design projects, I need information on:
– What needs to be designed
– The deadline for the design
– Which package is selected (packages are listed on the "pricing" subpage)
For Azure and AWS administration projects, there is no need to describe details according to a checklist, due to the diversity of projects.
For photography:
– Information about the city where the session will take place (only Tri-City and surrounding areas)
– Basic information about what needs to be photographed.
Practically whenever I undertake a task, I require a contract. This is to protect both parties, so that I know what is expected of me and the client knows what and how much they are paying for.
For small projects, I don't take deposits. I am willing to negotiate so that payment occurs at the most convenient time for both parties.
Generally, this can be negotiated during the contract, but I always accept bank transfers, BLIK transfers, and cash. I do not accept cryptocurrency.
Sometimes it may happen that I don't respond to a task when I'm not available (e.g., on vacation). In that case, the simplest way is to remind me on social media, and sooner or later, I'll respond and explain.
